1. Staffing Argosyan provides staff for IT projects to meet nice gaps in BPO or software projects. Such models are short-term to meet surge requirements.
2. Project Specific Argosyan is hired to implement a specific project either at offshore centers or the clients location. These can be long-term relationships if they relate to IT development projects, business process outsourcing, or application maintenance outsourcing.
3. Build, Operate, and Transfer In this model, Argosyan build offshore facilities to provide business process support or IT development and maintenance facilities. Once the center is built, has functioned for a few years and stabilized, ownership is transferred to the client. The benefit is that the Client gets the required expertise before taking over the offshore center.
4. Joint Ventures this is similar to build operate, and transfer model, but the ownership lies jointly with the Argosyan and client. With joint ventures, the Client has a greater say in the management of the offshore center.
